Meet the host Dr. Adrian Chavez

I was sick a lot and dealt with several health issues as a kid, but in my early 20s I decided to change my diet and I saw my health improve in ways that I didn't realize were possible. 

That experienced led me to wanting to learn everything that I could about nutrition and inspired me to get a PhD in the subject. Going from reading about nutrition from best-selling books and online sources to learning how to read and interpret research and science in this topic was an eye-opening experience. 

Navigating the world of nutrition online can be challenging and it is my passion to help people to understand this topic better by sharing what I have learned in my nearly 15 years of research and experience in this field working hundreds of clients.
