Who We Are
Nutrition: Adrian Chavez has a PhD in Nutrition and Health Promotion along with a Masters degree in Exercise Science and nearly a decade of experience working with clients to improve a variety of health problems. Adrian is the head coach and is in charge of all of the nutrition questions and concerns.
Exercise Training: Alex has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer and has years of experience working with clients both in person and online. Alex built out all of the exercise programs and will be helping you to get into a routine with following the workout plans.
As a part of this program you will be getting direct access to weekly coaching calls and an online community where you can ask questions and interact with both coaches.
