Adrian Chavez has a master's degree in exercise science and a PhD in Nutrition and Health Promotion. He has also helped over 1,000 clients improve their health via a practical, science-based nutritional approach and built this program to help you do the same.
Alex Engelman
Alex has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas and is a certified coach with Precision Nutrition. Alex has years of experience training clients online and in person and is here to help you build an effective exercise program that you enjoy.
