There is a lot of debate around the organic versus conventional food discussion.
On one side of the fence many health practitioners strongly suggest that you HAVE to go all organic all of the time to be healthy. While on the other side, other practitioners say there is no benefit to going organic.
Just like with everything in nutrition, this discussion is not that simple and it deserves a more lengthy discussion and examination of the evidence.
