When it comes to protein, I see people making A LOT of mistakes and taking advice from all of the wrong people.
I know from experience, I used to eat 250+ grams of protein per day.
I thought it was necessary for building muscle and optimizing my health.
So, there I was, chocking down 8 ounces of chicken breast with each of my 4-5 meals per day in the name of health.
But, is there really no harm to eating massive amounts of protein when it comes to longevity?
That is a difficult question to answer, but today on the show, I am going to present a few studies that provided some insight.
