Eating well, exercising regularly, and practicing routine self-care in an environment that overwhelmingly supports unhealthy nutrition and lifestyle habits can be extremely challenging. It is even harder when you run into so much conflicting information, and the “healthcare” system just wants to offer you a pill or surgery.
Being unwell is also difficult. Relying on pills and surgery to cover up the symptoms of an unhealthy lifestyle is exhausting, expensive and time consuming.
Everything is hard. They are just hard in different ways. It is your job to choose which hard that you want to endure.
Today on the podcast, we are going to discuss how when you choose the easy route in favor of the hard route, you don’t truly get an easy way out. You are simply swapping one difficult for another.
