I first became interested in nutrition in my early 20s when I was getting a degree in Exercise Science. I wanted to learn everything I could about the topic, so I did what made the most sense and I read all of the nutrition books that I could get my hands on at the bookstore and started reading blogs (this was before social media) and online forums as well.
